Maine Maple Weekend. Saturday March 21 & Sunday March 22. 10-3 both days. Open house, sugarhouse tours, boiling demo (hopefully the weather cooperates and gives us lots of sap) and door prizes (seriously, you don’t want to miss these). Pancakes and ice-cream with warm maple syrup served all day… yes, you can have both. 😉

You know the old saying “some things are best left to the professionals”? Yeah. Well, put website design down as one of those things. Roxanne at SunnValley Web Design Company did an amazing job remaking our website and store. It’s up and running and you can place orders for pick up or to be mailed to your front door. Yay!! Many, many Thanks to Roxanne!

We’ve been in the woods tapping. There is sooo much snow. Makes for hard snowshoeing but we are getting it done. We’ll be finishing up in the next week or so… hopefully.

We are also getting ready for Maine Maple Weekend on March 21 & 22. Stay tuned for details, but yes there will be pancakes. 😉

Website appears to be functioning again with just a couple of products misbehaving. We are having a new website created. Hopefully that will be transitioning over in the next week or so if technology plays nice. So if the site disappears for a bit it will be back and you can always email us with orders if it’s acting up or mid transition. Thanks for your patience!

So our website is experiencing some.. let ‘s just call them technical difficulties.. because calling it what I really want to just isn’t polite.
While the internet sorts itself out if you need to place an order just send me a message here or at aziscohosmaple at gmail dot com and we will figure it out the old fashioned way.

The time has come. This will be the last weekend for the roadside stand.

You can still pick up syrup after this weekend by placing an order online at aziscohosmaple.com and selecting In-Person Pick-Up at checkout. Or we can ship it straight to your doorstep if you’d rather.

Have a safe and happy winter. We will be in the woods working on lines, tapping trees and looking forward to seeing you in the spring.

In typical Maine weather we had winter, a minute of spring, a tiny glimpse of summer, spring again and now we are back to winter. While we watch it snow we wanted to say a big Thank you to everyone who came by to visit and help us on Maine Maple Weekend. We look forward to this event every year and appreciate all the support from the community and beyond. We already have some exciting plans for next year.
The roadside stand will be loaded up once we get back around to spring again. Until then if you need syrup you can check out our website to get it delivered to your door or arrange a pick up time.

Brrr! Looks like winter isn’t quite done with us yet. We’ve got it nice and toasty in the sugarhouse though. Pancakes and other goodies (as long as we have power, fingers crossed) and we will be boiling for a couple hours this morning till we run out of sap.

Maple Weekend is here! We are up and running this morning. Got a good amount of boiling to do today and the weather should give us some sap for at least a small boil tomorrow morning. Come get some pancakes!! We’ll be here 10-3 today and tomorrow. And make sure to go see the folks over at Maple Mills too.

We are in full tapping mode! The cold, windy weather is preventing us from getting out there every day but we are making progress.

We have a new 250ml Loon bottle available in the shop. A nice little addition to go with the super popular Moose! Also the Mason Mug has been restocked.

Well… by the looks of the weather forecast it’s time to put the sales stand away for the season. It will be back out for Maple Weekend at the end of March.

In the meantime we now have a website! aziscohosmaple.com
You can order our syrup year round and we can ship it to your doorstep. If you are in the area we also have a local pick-up option.

It’s still a work in progress so things are apt to need adjustment as we get used to this new process. But feel free check it out and if you need syrup this winter or anytime you’ll know where to find us!
