π Pumpkin Spice, on ice! βοΈ
Fall in Oregon doesnβt always commit, and Iβm loving this lingering summer sunshine. Sweater weather in the morning, tank tops by afternoon!
I'm still craving all those cozy fall spices, just in something a little more refreshing. So lately, I've been making our Pumpkin Spice iced, and it's SO good. π€
Here's how to make an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte at home:
π΅ Brew it strong: Steep 1β2 tablespoons of our Pumpkin Spice in 1 cup of boiling water for 5β6 minutes.
π― Sweeten it: Stir in a little honey or maple syrup while it's still hot.
π§ Pour over ice: Fill a tall glass with ice and strain your tea over it.
π₯ Add milk: Oat, almond, whole β whatever you love. Give it a stir and watch it swirl!
A little time-saving tip: Brew a batch of concentrate to keep in the fridge for easy iced lattes over the next few days. Or cold brew it overnight for an even smoother cup.

Our black tea version gives you a little afternoon lift, while the caffeine-free rooibos version is naturally sweet and creamy (and my girls love it too!)

All those cozy organic spices β cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg, and more β just served cool and refreshing instead of warm.
Because some fall days still feel a lot like summer. βοΈπ
