Claddagh Farm Alabama is a twelve and a half acre farm located twenty five miles south of Birmingham, Alabama in the town of Wilsonville, situated close to the city of Columbiana. The farm is home to a small assortment of animals including fainting goats, chickens, donkeys, dogs, cats, and a guard llama. Visit our Farm Pics page to check out some photos of our land. ry 2012 and shortly thereafter acquired two goats and two llamas. We then started work on our first garden. With the addition of three chickens in the summer of 2012 and two kittens in the fall, the farm was well on its way, and future plans include additional gardens, bee hives, grape arbors, and of course more animals. This website follows our journey from inexperienced hobby farmers to… well, who knows. We hope that along the way you learn from our mistakes and maybe even our ingenuity, as well as enjoy the surprises of everyday life in the southern countryside as we do.
