Chef Nathalie whipped up this delicious Okonomiyaki.

Say it with us: Oh-ko-no-me-ya-key

What is it? Okonomiyaki is a savory Japanese pancake dish - that is super fun to say AND eat! Ours has a scrambled egg base, topped with shrimp, cabbage & carrots for a nice crunch, and some house-made Yum-Yum sauce (um, yeah, it’s a thing) and sesame seeds.

Seven years ago today we opened our Apt to welcome family, friends, and soon to be friends.

“It’s so good to be home” has been on our door since day one.

We are forever grateful to all who have walked through that door and shared your laughter and tears, successes and failures, stories and lives, and love and support.

You are the reason Apt 9F feels like home.
