We take care of our beef so we can take care of you. Our facility will be up and operating in the spring of 2022. We are custom exempt so buy and reserve your beef now and we will put you in our books!

Exciting news! We already do inspection for the beef that you purchase right from Pearson Farms. All of Pearson's Green Acre Meats product on our shelves is inspected, and now we offer inspection for you Ranchers!

This gives you the same opportunity as us- we are now offering state inspection for you ranchers that wish to sell right to your consumers!

This includes inspectors present through the whole process of your beef-from slaughter to processing.

This also includes the stamp of inspection on the package & allows you to sell individual packs throughout the state!
