Ambler Farm Ambler Farm is owned by the Town of Wilton and operated by the Friends of Ambler Farm. Located on 20 acres at 257 Hurlbutt Street, Wilton.

We are open dawn to dusk daily throughout the year. The mission of Friends of Ambler Farm is to celebrate our community's agrarian roots through active learning programs, sustainable agriculture, responsible land stewardship, and historic preservation.

Ichabod Crane would have approved. No headless horseman, but we did get a pumpkin-season supper the old-fashioned way. 🎃🔥

Last week we hosted our auction winner for an Ichabod Crane dinner right here at the farm. Everything cooked over an open fire, everything done the way it would have been back in the day. No shortcuts, no modern kitchen, just smoke in our hair and a lot of stirring.

Thank you to our winner for bidding big and eating bigger. Where good things grow (and roast, and simmer, and occasionally char a little).

The countdown is ON! Ambler Farm Day is almost here!

Join us at the farm for the best fall day in Wilton: hayrides, farm animals, a pumpkin patch where the decorating magic happens, build your own scarecrow, a hay maze, apple slingshots, pumpkin bowling, face painting, kids crafts, live music and sooooo much food from some amazing food trucks and stands!

NEW THIS YEAR: We’re cashless with a brand new ticketing system! Skip the line and pre pay for your admission so you can jump in on the fun quicker.

Pricing: $10 per adult, $5 per senior & kids 4-12, under 4 are free!

Our Farm to Table dinner with Barcelona W**e Bar and Folkways W**es, Spirits & Objects was everything we hoped for and more - an unforgettable evening on the farm with this incredible community, made even more magical as the sky changed colors right before our eyes.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the night so special. The farm is what it is because of supporters like you… so three cheers to our supporters, our members, our families, our volunteers, and everyone in between. 🥂

Only a few tickets left for our Harvest Dinner with Barcelona W**e Bar & Folkways.

We’re gathering in front of the iconic red barn for a night built around the people, places, and ingredients we love most: produce harvested right here in Wilton, a multi-course dinner by Executive Chef Ted Gola, and wines selected by Folkways.

The evening starts with a grazing table at the entrance of the red barn - and for anyone who’d like, a tour of the garden, where you can see where and how some of the produce are grown. Truly farm to table. Then we all sit down together at communal tables for dinner.

We’re obsessed with farmers. For 30 years, Barcelona W**e Bar has built its tables around the people who grow and make things with unwavering devotion — the produce of Fairfield County, the biodynamic wines of Spain. Ambler Farm has spent 20 of those years doing the same, right here in Wilton.

Cocktail hour opens with a grazing table — fresh-from-the-garden gazpacho, charcuterie and cheese — set against the iconic backdrop of the red barn. Then it’s on to farm-style communal tables for a multi-course dinner by Executive Chef Ted Gola, built around produce harvested that same day.

Small-production, thoughtfully made wines selected and provided by Folkways of Wilton, Connecticut.

POV: You’ve spent your summer at the farm, and no regrets were had.

Just like that, another summer at Ambler Farm comes to an end… but not without new friendships, new adventures and the kind of summer days we hope they’ll remember for a long, long time.

To our campers, counselors and families… thank you for filling Ambler Farm with so much joy this summer. Summer camp is special because of each and every one of you!
