Ambler Farm Ambler Farm is owned by the Town of Wilton and operated by the Friends of Ambler Farm. Located on 20 acres at 257 Hurlbutt Street, Wilton.

We are open dawn to dusk daily throughout the year. The mission of Friends of Ambler Farm is to celebrate our community's agrarian roots through active learning programs, sustainable agriculture, responsible land stewardship, and historic preservation.

Save The Date: Farm to Table Dinner with Ambler Farm x Barcelona Wine Bar x Folkways Wine

We’re obsessed with farmers. For 30 years, Barcelona Wine Bar has built its tables around the people who grow and make things with unwavering devotion — the produce of Fairfield County, the biodynamic wines of Spain. Ambler Farm has spent 20 of those years doing the same, right here in Wilton.

Cocktail hour opens with a grazing table — fresh-from-the-garden gazpacho, charcuterie and cheese — set against the iconic backdrop of the red barn. Then it’s on to farm-style communal tables for a multi-course dinner by Executive Chef Ted Gola, built around produce harvested that same day.

Small-production, thoughtfully made wines selected and provided by Folkways of Wilton, Connecticut.

POV: You’ve spent your summer at the farm, and no regrets were had.

Just like that, another summer at Ambler Farm comes to an end… but not without new friendships, new adventures and the kind of summer days we hope they’ll remember for a long, long time.

To our campers, counselors and families… thank you for filling Ambler Farm with so much joy this summer. Summer camp is special because of each and every one of you!
