Ambler Farm is owned by the Town of Wilton and operated by the Friends of Ambler Farm. Located on 20 acres at 257 Hurlbutt Street, Wilton.

We are open dawn to dusk daily throughout the year. The mission of Friends of Ambler Farm is to celebrate our community's agrarian roots through active learning programs, sustainable agriculture, responsible land stewardship, and historic preservation.

Swiss Chard! A late spring/early summer garden staple, this vibrant leafy green makes a brilliant addition to soups, frittatas, pasta dishes, baked polenta and on its own, simply sautéed in garlic and oil, finished with lemon.

Packed with antioxidants and vitamins, adding swiss chard grown from seed at Ambler Farm is a flavorful twist to spring and summer dishes!

Come get your chard and other freshly-picked produce at our weekly farm stand at Ambler Farm, every Saturday from 9am-1pm, and starting June 3, visit us on Wednesdays from 11am - 3pm at the weekly Wilton Farmers’ Market on the Town Green.

Every time you’ve driven past the farm, have you ever wondered about that yellow house on Hurlbutt? Now’s your chance to be part of its future.

This May 5 and May 9 at the polls, Wilton has an opportunity to come together and support the renovation and preservation of the historic Yellow House at Ambler Farm… a space with deep roots in our community and so much potential ahead.
