🌟 NEW for 2026: Ranch Trail Classes!
We are excited to introduce Ranch Trail to the Cowboy Combo lineup — a fresh, inclusive challenge featuring official ranch trail obstacles and elements. If you love purposeful riding and growing your partnership in a real‑ranch style format, Ranch Trail is for you.
This fun, educational weekend is the perfect chance to sharpen your skills and also prepare for the upcoming Cowboy Dressage World Show in October.

🎠 Clinic — Saturday, September 19 (9:00–4:15 PM)
Riders will participate in two mounted clinics:
Ranch Trail with Sherrill Shotigian‑Ross
Cowboy Dressage with Lyn Ringrose‑Moe

Only $325 for both clinics — includes 2 riding sessions + 2 audit sessions. A full day of hands‑on instruction, constructive feedback, and supportive learning.

🏅 Schooling Show — Sunday, September 20 (9:00–4:00 PM)
A relaxed, welcoming opportunity to show in Ranch Trail, Cowboy Dressage, or both.
Class Fees:
Cowboy Dressage only — $30 per class
Ranch Trail only — $30 per class
Cowboy Combo — $60 per class
Includes one Cowboy Dressage test & one Ranch Trail Test

Cowboy Combo Awards — Updated for 2026
Ribbons and buckles will be awarded for high scores.
Eligible Cowboy Dressage tests: WJ2, WJ4, WJ5, and WJL3 Pair one of these tests with a Ranch Trail class to compete for Combo awards.

Summer Wind Ranch’s new Ranch Trail Course is coming right along! We are still adding obstacles and foliage to add to our existing natural environment. We are kicking off our Ranch Trail activities this weekend with an Introduction To Ranch Trail clinic on Saturday August 22 and Sunday August 23rd.

Our annual Cowboy Combo Clinic and Show will be held on Saturday September 19th and Sunday September 20th. This year we will be combining Cowboy Dressage with Ranch Trail.
