I am seeking the office to simply give back. My goal is to LISTEN to our memberships opinions/concerns. The biggest communication problem is we do not listen to understand, we listen to reply. By encouraging communication and allowing members to experience owning solutions/ideas ultimately brings value to our association. Engaging membership to participate. Produce facts on new ground and old ground. Once fully vetted, communicate findings. Restoring Integrity and Igniting Pride for our Cutting Horse. Raised by a family that believed and taught that “your word is your bond” is what I have to give to each member.
