We love all the great coffee shops here in Wimberley and the way each one brings something different to our town. 🤍

At Beer Ranch Coffee, we wanted things to feel a little slower and more intentional. Good conversation, a relaxed space, and really good coffee meant to be enjoyed—not rushed.

We serve clean, organically farmed, low acid coffee that’s small-batch roasted and just tastes really good. ☕️

We’re pouring Hill Country beer, Texas wine, single-origin organic espresso drinks, and have non-alcoholic options.

We’re Max and Kathryn, the husband-and-wife team behind Beer Ranch Project.
Beer Ranch Project has truly been a labor of love. As a family-owned business, we’ve grown slowly and intentionally—designing, building, and remodeling many of our spaces ourselves. From the Inn to the Tasty Room to the brewery, every detail was created with the hope that you feel welcome the moment you arrive 🏡
We’re excited to share that in early 2026, we plan to open our Tasty Room, featuring a boutique espresso bar ☕️ along with local beer and wine 🍺🍷—for both our guests and the Wimberley community.
Whether you’ve stayed with us before or are planning your first visit, thank you for being part of our story 🤍 We hope your time here is restful, memorable, and one you’ll want to experience again.
