The Bella Vista Ranch is located in Wimberley, Texas and home to a vineyard, winery, olive orchard, frantoio (olive mill) and tasting room. We create fresh, authentic olive oil, gourmet food products and hand-crafted, Texas varietal wines. We invite you to visit our tasting room or take a tour of the ranch! Sunday on 12:00 Noon. $ 15 per person, 1 1/2 hours long, some walking - entertaining and you get to try gourmet foods and wines!

Update:
Due to the current environment regarding the Covid-19 concerns, and because Pat and I are in the target group for the highest susceptibility, out of an abundance of caution we are closing the Ranch to the public for the foreseeable future. Our products are available online and olive trees can be purchased by scheduling a visit.

Happy Holidays from the Bella Vista Ranch! Just a reminder we will be open this Saturday Dec 14th but will be entering our winter schedule and will be closed until the first week of February.

Don’t forget, our online store is always open for fresh EVOO, great for holiday gifts!

Group tours are welcome and can be scheduled starting in March of 2020.

We will have our popular flavored oils, balsamic vinegars, and olives back in stock in February.
