KING TRUMPET MUSHROOM EDITION Cooking is art, no different than music. There is a certain style, sequence, and precision that comes together to form a meal/ masterpiece. Chef Alan is here experimenting with a King Trumpet mushroom from our friends over at Nor’Easter Farm. He also used Garlic, Green Peppers and onions from Farming is Life, and Zucchini from Pioneer Valley
