Spring Valley Farm Market- Winchester Bringing you fresh fruit and produce daily from our farm in Augusta, WV. Hi there, thanks for your interest in our market. We are Spring Valley Farm & Orchard.

We have a family farm in Augusta, WV. Owner, Eli Cook has been at this since he was 12 years old. Together with his wife Misty, they bought and established Spring Valley Farm & Orchard in 2003. They have expanded over the years to about 1300 acres and farm close to 700 of it. We have three Spring Valley Farm Market locations. This is our Winchester, VA location fb page. 🍽️ EASY DINNER IDEA: Sheet Pan Sausage & Fall Veggies
Grab some potatoes, sweet potatoes, broccoli, onions, carrots, and your favorite sausage. Chop everything into bite-sized pieces, toss with a little olive oil and your favorite seasonings, then roast at 425°F for about 30–35 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Add a fresh salad on the side and a homemade SV dessert and you’ve got an easy, hearty fall dinner! 🥗🍠
