May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
‘Awareness months’ are a nice concept, but mental health in particular is something we should all be reminded of and keep in touch with every month.
Let’s take the time to check in on ourselves and our loved ones and prioritize mental well-being.
🌱As Mental Health Awareness Month begins, it’s important to remember that taking care of our mental health is just as important as our physical health.
🌼 What do you do to prioritize your well being mentally? For me, it’s (obviously) having my hands in the dirt and sharing the beauty and joy of flowers.
🤘🏼 If I’m honest, I also love a little adrenaline and competition. So snowboarding, riding motorcycles and exercising are also things I love to do and make a priority!
This month, and always, let’s work together to end the stigma and make mental health a priority.
