📣We are smack in the middle of fair season guys and need your help. If you’ve been sent a 📲 text message to pick up , please come pick up asap!! Delayed pick up create a bottleneck where we cannot even cut which delays our processing of incoming animals. You will get a text message from me to pick up and or a call when your animal is ready. If you are headed to pick up, it is a good idea to call or text carrie at 2087927925 . Wherever possible we will try to start pulling your animal ahead of time to save you the wait time. Please be actually OTW before you do this. If you do have a wait time, please be understanding. Some of those rows are three deep and have to be gone through at -20 to find all of your boxes. 🥶 believe me we do it as fast as we can!😂

Garfield /latah/clearwater hogs are all done and have been called. (With exception of hogs waiting also on beef)
Garfield beef will be called end of this week
Nez Perce fair hogs (not turn backs) will be getting pick up texts/calls in the next couple days. Be ready !! 🙂
Lewis county - I’m working on gathering you’re cutting instructions the next couple of days . we have a bit 😂 they will all be in the shop for processing to start (and beef to hang) by the end of this week
Nez Perce county turn back hogs- you will come after the Lewis County hogs and I will be contacting you for instructions.
