Blue eyed black beauties.

A little impromptu night milking. We grabbed a kid from Peanut yesterday so we’re hoping this relieved her before bed. We could also all use the extra training and milk. Especially with two new piglets!

Kids are being born w***y nilly over here. We’ve lost two. One was gone long before birthing time last week and we don’t know what happened to Snick’s kid yesterday. Something during or shortly after his birth took his life because we found him in the barn and then found momma and another small kid together outside. He was so big I thought he was one of the older kids (Billy the Kid) born last week. Turns out this newborn was bigger than Billy who is a week old!
We think Sunshine may be miscarrying. Which puts us down to 2 more pregnant mommas and 1 momma that I doubt is pregnant.
