This is the new grading system. We have already switched to it and this will be our second year using it. Keep this in mind when asking for a certain grade syrup from now on. It is an overall better system because it will graded the same no matter where it was made, the US or Canada.

Worked in dads garage all night and the ro is just about ready for sap. Just have to run a couple more wash and rinse cycles. We will make some syrup this year!
