We're back to making salsa this week! We'll be in the kitchen today making up some of our amazing salsa and queso, and tomorrow it'll be available in full sizes for delivery or in sample sizes at Abettor Brewing Company Depot St.!
Did you know that our salsa has NO ADDED SUGARS or sweeteners of any sort? So many salsas on the market have added sugars in the form of sugar, corn syrup, honey, beet sugar, etc. This is done because shelf-stable salsa needs to be so acidified in order to be FDA approved that it changes the flavor. Our salsa is just simple vegetables, herbs, and spices. We don't add any waters, juice, colorants, acidifiers, or sugars at all to our original salsas! Our pico does have the addition of fresh lime juice to make it perfect, but not so much that sugar needs to be added!
The price of our ingredients went up again this week, but the price of gasoline has gone off to offset it a bit, so we are able to still do our specials!

Pico Queso Special: 1 queso and 1 pico for $16
Lemonade Special: 2 lemonades for $14
Jalapeños Special: 2 Happy Jalapeños (original or sweet heat) for $15
