From the bottom of our hearts and every ounce of our souls, there aren’t enough words to describe how appreciative, thankful, blessed and honored we feel!
We have poured literal blood, sweat and tears into this operation and it has all been done with more love, care and passion than you could imagine. To see all of our hard work finally paying off is a feeling that’s indescribable and we have the good Lord and our amazing supporters to thank for helping us get this far. So, from all of us here at Avalon Farm, THANK YOU!!!! We love you guys and are truly honored to serve such an awesome community—We are looking forward to what the future has in store!❤️❤️

💭Zebra’s stripes act as “insect repellent”!
How/why? Their distinct stripe patterns tend to confuse and deter biting flies and other insects!🪰

💭Every zebra also has their own unique stripe pattern—kinda like human fingerprints!🫆

💭Zebras can sleep standing up!😴💤

💭Zebras can run up to 40mph to escape predators like lions, which can run up to 50mph but only in short, quick bursts!
But the only predators our zebras have to worry about here are the mini horses that enjoy picking on them—like annoying little brothers!😂

🦓🐪🦘🐮🐷🐐🐑🫏Come meet all of our friends with hooves, claws, paws and horns!

We are also still taking up donations for the Clark County Animal Shelter!!! Every item you bring you will receive a FREE FEED CONE for our animals!!💙🐾🐶🐱

We have so much to offer for a day filled with family-fun!!

🦓🐪🦘A full petting zoo including zebras, camels, kangaroos, goats, sheep, emus, mini highland cows, porcupines and more!

🛝 A play area, bounce house and inflatables!

🌾 Hayrides, a corn maze and a corn pit!

🎃 A pumpkin patch full of pumpkins that are perfect for jack o lanterns or even just decoration!

🌭 Concessions and picnic tables for the perfect family picnic!

⭐️ Staff spotlight ⭐️

If you’ve been to visit us this season, you’ve more than likely been greeted by our girl Abbi!
Abbi is a dental hygiene student, dog mama, and auntie and in her free time she happily chooses to spend her time working with us here at the farm and helping to keep a smooth running ship here!
She has been a wonderful addition to our team and we are so appreciative of her for her hard work, initiative to learn new things quickly and tackle whatever task is thrown her way—including the unexpected wrangling of farm animals! 😂
