Fink Meats & Produce is supplying leg of lamb for our dinner! This Clark County family farm offers fresh lamb meat & vegetables straight from their farm to your table. You can find them serving up their famous lamb sausage biscuits every Saturday at the Wi******er/Clark County Farmers' Market from 8am-12pm on Depot Street!

Thank you to all of our customers especially those who show up every time we are at the market for a lamb sausage sandwich! It means the world to our growing family farm. Although our market season has come to an end, we still have lamb burger for your fall chilis and entrees. And we also have sausage patties, biscuit size, to tide you over until our grill fires đŸ”¥ back up. Once again thank you for your support of another great market season. BTW- the market is not over, please continue shopping our fellow vendors Saturday mornings through the end of September.

Serving up lamb sausage sandwiches at the Wi******er/Clark County Farmers' Market Saturday morning. Brats, burger, sausage and chops are great choices for Labor Day grilling.
