This weekend was great!!!

Thank you to all my faithful customers, family & friends for coming out to support me! Y'all are truly the best and I am so appreciative of you ❤️

To all the new faces and customers I met this weekend, thank you for coming out and chosing to support small local businesses. This is exactly how we build up our community and how we come together! I am so thankful for each one of you. ❤️

Thank you to my husband Brad Willoughby and my dad Joel Ralston! They heard my idea for a mobile "Create your own mini cake" bar and had one that far exceeded anything I imagined built, painted and stained in 2 DAYS!!!! On top of that they helped set up and tear down. Y'ALL!!!😍🥰

Thank you to my Momma Michelle Sands who literally gave her all right along side me baking, rescuing me from the label making 😂, and who did anything and everything to make sure this weekend was a success. Thank you Mamoo Loretta Ralston who is always supportive, helped in any way she could, and who let's me pay her in Cinnamon Rolls 🤣

And a huge shout out to Carson man who rocked his own little lemonade stand this weekend! He did great! Thank you to everyone who supported him as well!

Last, but certainly not least, thank you to Brittany at Win City Blend for setting up the event! Y'all if you want to support someone local do not overlook Brittany! She is so kind, and her staff follows suit. She has an iron sharpens iron, let's build each other up mindset. We NEED more leaders like this in our community, so stop by and support her any chance you get!

📅 My summer calendar is filling up quickly! To be honest some fall days are fully booked as well. I have limited spots available for custom orders (cakes, cupcakes, treats, etc).

If it's not a little chaotic in the kitchen....are you really even baking?

I naturally lean towards wanting things organized and in certain orderly way. It drives me crazy when things aren't exactly where they go in my fridge or on my shelves (it's insane and impractical I know, I should probably talk to someone about that 😂).

The process of baking isn't often clean, and organized. It's flour everywhere, a million measuring spoons and cups out at once and dishes....so many dishes. 😩

I've always liked to bake, but over the past few years I've really leaned into it as something that brings me joy. Even more recently, through alot of reflection, I think God gave me this gift because it requires me to let go a little. To be ok with the mess for a minute. To see (in a very elementary hands-on way) that when placed in the right hands, the mess is turned into something good.

If you feel a mess, place your mess in God's hands. He will work everything for the good of those who love Him. -Romans 8:28 I'm learning this right along with you.
