🌿 Tomorrow we’ll be at the Stephens City Farmers Market from 9 AM–1 PM!

If you haven’t had a chance to visit our self-serve farm store lately, this is a wonderful opportunity to come see us, connect, and stock up on your farm favorites.

We’ll have a selection of our pasture-raised pork, whole chickens, and premium pork products, including customer favorites like:

Looking for a Father’s Day gift? We’ll also have some of our favorite men’s products available, including Mountain Man Soap and other farm-crafted essentials.

In addition to our meats, we’ll be bringing our entire line of herbal skincare products. Every product is handcrafted without synthetic ingredients, artificial fragrances, or harsh chemicals. We never use synthetic fragrance, only ingredients inspired by nature.

Many of the ingredients in our skincare are sourced directly from our regenerative farm, including fresh goat milk, lard, beef suet tallow, and herbs we grow ourselves. We’re proud to be a Certified Naturally Grown farm committed to regenerative agriculture and creating products you can trust.

Last call. In just 10 days we are gathering around an open fire live cooking experience at Willow Moon Farm. The culinary team from Open Fire Catering out of Loudoun County will be preparing meats all day long from our regenerative farm and seasonal local vegetables.

Whole Kunekune hog, pasture-raised chicken, and a team of chefs who have been tending the fire all day.

What I kept in my beach bag and it all came from the farm. Here’s what I never leave home without and why.

The Tallow Body Butter is the first thing that goes on after sun exposure. Tallow is structurally similar to our own skin cells which means it absorbs fast and actually repairs rather than just sitting on top. If you have any dryness or the start of a sunburn, this is what you reach for.

The Crunchy Mama Nourishing Balm - the second one of my kids has a rash or irritated skin, this comes out, and honestly I use it just as much as they do.

Farmer’s Hands Healing Balm is our original product and still one of our bestsellers for a reason- bug bites, scratches, minor wounds, anything that needs a little help healing. I keep one in my car, my bag, my bathroom, and my living room because I never want to be without it.

The Golden Yolk Serum is made with freeze-dried pastured egg yolks, tulsi basil, calendula-infused jojoba, and vanilla bean and it smells absolutely incredible! The egg yolks are loaded with vitamins and fatty acids that feed your skin in a way a synthetic serum simply cannot replicate.

And then there’s the Soothe Tallow Cream- lavender, calendula, and blue tansy. This one is probably my top product if I’m being honest, the one I would keep if I could only keep one. After a day in the sun your skin is begging to be soothed and this cream does exactly that.

In a world of rushed meals, drive-thrus, and eating in front of screens, this is an invitation to slow down.

To gather around a table on a regenerative farm. To meet the people raising your food. To share a meal crafted over live fire by a chef who believes food should be both nourishment and art.

The evening begins with a guided tour of our regenerative farm, followed by a charcuterie spread featuring local cheeses and artisan meats. Then, settle in for an open fire dinner centered around heritage pork raised right here on our farm and seasonal ingredients sourced from local organic growers.

This isn’t just dinner.

It’s an experience rooted in community, connection, and real food. The kind of evening that reminds you what food is supposed to feel like.

After a much-needed week away with family, we’re back on the farm full throttle and gearing up for one of the biggest events we’ve ever hosted. ✨

Our Open Fire Farm Feast is just around the corner, and we cannot wait to welcome guests for an unforgettable evening on the farm. We’ve been planning this experience for more than six months alongside the talented team from Open Fire Catering. Imagine live-fire cooking, a whole roasted heritage hog and whole chickens, incredible seasonal, local food, beautiful farm views, and the opportunity to connect with the people who grow and raise your food.

We’re down to our final tickets and will be closing ticket sales soon so we can finalize food preparations and guest counts.

Completely self-serve- we accept cash, check or Venmo. All products are priced with tax included simply tally your order on the receipt book provided and put your form of payment into the drop box.

🐮 Tomorrow I’ll be making a trip to Kinloch Farm to restock our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, regeneratively raised beef. We currently carry ground beef, marrow bones, ribeyes, New York strips, shoulder roasts, and more. We’re also working on adding another freezer so we can offer an even larger selection of beef products in the coming months.

🐓 You’ll also find our soy-free, non-GMO pasture-raised whole chickens and a huge variety of premium pork products raised right here on our farm.

The sun has become something many people fear, but I believe we’ve lost sight of how essential sunlight is for human health. 🌞

Sunlight helps regulate our circadian rhythms, supports vitamin D production, influences mood, regulates hormones and reminds us that we were never meant to spend our lives under artificial lighting.

My approach is simple:

Get outside regularly.

Avoid burning.

Use shade when possible.

Use mineral sunscreen when extended sun exposure can’t be avoided.

This isn’t about baking in the sun for hours. It’s about developing a healthy relationship with something our ancestors experienced every single day.

Screaming HAPPY BIRTHDAY to ! 🎉

To know Wendy is to love Wendy.

She is changing lives through education and helping people confidently transition to healthier products for everyday living. She makes everything feel simple and approachable. I send people to her site all the time, and whenever a new package of something wellness related shows up at the farm, Brian always asks, “Did Wendy tell you to get this?” 😂 If you’re not following her yet, you should be.

Wendy is my person. She truly gets me at my core. We have so much in common, and the best part? She’s my neighbor. We call that fate! ✨

I often find myself at her house for a little solitude, brainstorming skincare ideas, and soaking up her wisdom. She has helped us tremendously over the years, from our rebrand to product development to providing invaluable feedback on the website we’re building to create an even better shopping experience for our customers.

She has a small but meaningful part in our brand, and we are incredibly grateful for her expertise, encouragement, and friendship.

There is honestly no one else I’d rather sit in a pasture with, lathering on tallow and talking about life. ❤️
