Sharing this for the Van Grouw family…..seasons of change are difficult as we know too. We stand with them now and always….please continue to support them!

Over the last four years, we’ve been steadily growing our beef herd here at Van Grouw Family Farm. We had originally hoped to offer our beef in the farm store alongside our cheese and milk, but with the recent changes to our dairy operations and the end of our bottled milk sales, our plans have shifted a bit.
We are now excited to begin offering our beef in bulk directly to our customers. If you are interested in purchasing a quarter, half, or whole beef, please call or text (814) 659-4687 for details and availability.
As always, thank you for supporting our family farm through every season of change. We’re grateful for this community and look forward to continuing to feed local families with high quality, farm raised beef.

Sadly, yesterday we took our last order of the finest cream line milk from the Van Grouw family. We will miss Paul and miss carrying their fine products. We decided to double up our order so that you can enjoy it a little longer this last time. Please remember their family….we are thankful to have met them and brought you their milk.

Gram bought herself that sign many years ago. She picked out the wording herself…..we work hard every day to live up to the sign that IS her promise!

We are very saddened by this news— but we understand how much the loss of a cornerstone family member can change things. We wish love and peace to Paul and the entire family….♥️

Dear customers and friends,
We at Van Grouw Family Farm are sorry to inform you that we have decided to stop bottling milk. After the sudden loss of our wife and mother, as well as our business partner, we are unable to keep up with the workload and have decided as a family that it is in our best interest to lighten our responsibilities. We are deeply grateful for the support and business that all of you have provided to us over the years. Our last day of bottling will be May 20, 2026. Our store will remain open on Fridays for the foreseeable future. We have not yet decided if cheesemaking will continue, but we have a lot of cheese in the fridge and aging room that will be available over the next 6 months (give or take).
