The blueberry farm is picked out and closed for the year. It was a short season due to three nights of below freezing temperatures back in late April. The bushes were in full bloom and a large portion of them were frozen. Later, June's hot, dry weather damaged many more bushes and berries. All of this greatly reduced our normal crop production, but In spite of all this, we enjoyed seeing the many guests who were able to come out and pick berries. We are already looking forward to June of 2023 with a hope and a prayer for kinder weather conditions. We wish everyone a great year and hope you will keep us in mind for a re-opening sometime around June 15, 2023. Stay safe and well.
