say hello to our master meat folder, our details guy and the one making everything make sense behind the scenes! this is Alan, the other half of Plentiful Platters.

every delicately folded river of salami and prosciutto ribbon is his work, and he does most of the prep work for every grazing table. when Plentiful Platters was just a dream and a work in progress, he made everything feasible with his business and logistics expertise. we wouldn’t be here without him!

Hi, I’m Emily Foss, the face behind the charcuterie! Plentiful Platters began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I began delivering two-person date night charcuterie boards to people’s homes when going out wasn’t an option.

I always loved putting together boards for friends’ birthdays and events I hosted, so it was a fun way to spice up the monotony for others.

Once events returned to the world, I was asked to create larger and larger spreads. Now, my husband, Alan, and I specialize in catering charcuterie to large events.

If you’ve been around since my little date night boards, THANK YOU!! It’s a dream getting to do this as my job!
