Keg Cleaning is one of those tedious and repetitive tasks that is somehow strangely soothing 🍻 This is literally something we do every week, and it’s usually set to classic rock! We thought you too would enjoy the relaxing and uninterrupted cleaning with rock music 🎶 But if you’re confused about what’s going on, we’ve got past videos up on our profile that detail the whole process step by step. Every Friday from 4:00-7:00 pm we’ve got different local food trucks providing exceptionally delicious food at our Taproom alongside our line-up of great beers. We take great pride in doing everything in-house as a family brewery, with all our beers brewed, packaged, and served on site in Windsor! While the food trucks rotate, there’s always a bomb option that pairs just right with a cold beer 🍻 Every Tuesday, we’ll drop the name and handle of that week’s food vendor on IG & FB! UNTAPPD Community Awards for California 2025 Round Up: CUVER’S UNWIND CLASSIC was awarded the Gold Medal for Belgian-Style Wit Ale 🥇 & CUVER’S TRIPEL was awarded the Silver Medal for Belgian-Style Tripel Ale🥈

Thanks again for your great review platform & these awards! We’ve already posted individual reels about these two awesome beers and their most recent achievements, but we want to shout out the diversity in our award winning lineup! Unwind Classic is a modest 4.4% ABV while Tripel is whooping 8.2% ABV, exemplifying the range of our beer selection from refreshing light beers to bold big beers 🍻 This shows how we prize drink-ability in all our brews!

These awards are extra special because they’re ranked based on the average of all the individual beer reviews from regular-everyday beer drinkers 🍻 Unwind Classic has 3.88 out of 5, and Tripel has 4.13 out of 5, earning them the 1st and 2nd place in their respective category 🍻

Next Sunday, our Taproom will transform into an old European Tavern to host TavCon! Featuring brews by us and tavern fair by 🍻🍻🍻

TTRPG is similar to Dungeons & Dragons for those of you not familiar, with a guide providing the scene and role players improvising scenarios 🍻 “You All Meet At a Tavern” is a popular setting for many TTRPG games and it’s the theme for this all-day convention! Reserve your seat for this immersive tavern experience, unlike any other Taproom visit you can have 🍻 We look forward to greeting you all May 31st!

GAMES START @ 10:00 AM 🕙 AND @ 2:00 PM 🕑
Beer will be available for purchase all day for players, from 10:00 AM TO 6:30 PM🍺
