Every Friday from 4:00-7:00 pm we’ve got different local food trucks providing exceptionally delicious food at our Taproom alongside our line-up of great b**rs. We take great pride in doing everything in-house as a family brewery, with all our b**rs brewed, packaged, and served on site in Windsor! Likewise, many of our food vendors are also local, small, and/or family operated! While the food trucks rotate, there’s always a bomb option that pairs just right with a cold b**r 🍻 Every Tuesday, we’ll drop the name and handle of that week’s food vendor on IG & FB! Double batch of Dobbel fermenting away! Look at all that yeast and foam, it’s almost pretty in an ugly kind-of-way, and it’s a sure sign of a healthy and vigorous fermentation.

This is part of our fermentation system that includes airlocks to prevent contamination. This video shows the excess yeast flowing through a one-way airlock connected to a spare keg, primarily so the fermenter can overflow directly into a designated overflow area inside our brewhouse. All the extra yeast is unusable and is discarded.

CUVER’S 3RD ANNUAL HOLIDAY MARKET
🎄🍻 SATURDAY — 12/12/26 — 3:00-7:00 PM — WINDSOR, CA 🍻🎄

Experience a traditional European Holiday Market right in the heart of Sonoma County. Our family created this event to spread the joy and love of the holiday season as well as giveback to our incredible local community.

This is a one-of-a-kind event where guests can stroll through many different small business offerings, browse incredibly talented makers & artisans, and snack along the way - all while enjoying authentic Belgian-Style Craft Beers, brewed on location in Windsor, CA. This free and family-friendly event showcases local craftsmen, artists, and non-profits from across Sonoma County and the North Bay. It also features a live brewing demo, fresh flowers, hot & cold foods, activities for all ages, gift shopping, CUVER b**rs for Adults 21+ and more.

Our family is so proud to host this showcase of our local community where everyone can feel the holiday magic in the air & bask in the amazing talents Sonoma County has in abundance! We hope you’ll join us this December for the 3rd Annual CUVER’S Holiday Market 🎁🍻🎄
