Unwind Classic & Unwind Bellini get confused sometimes in the can, but in the glass and on the tongue, these are two very distinct beers 🍺 Both are part of our Unwind Wit’ CUVER Series that focused on cocktail-inspired flavors with a delicious Wit Ale yeast and characteristics. Others of the series have come and gone, with just a few cans of Unwind Piña Colada lingering at the Taproom, but Unwind Classic & Unwind Bellini both are available by the keg, the can, or by the glass 🍻

Unwind Classic is an Authentic Belgian-Style Wit Ale with a hint of orange zest and coriander. This year it won Gold for best Wit Ale in California by Untappd Community Awards & it was also awarded Bronze in the Belgian Blond/Pale/Wit Category by the CA State Fair Craft Beer Competition 🥇🥉 A true Wit to unwind with 🍻

Unwind Bellini is a slightly fresher and much more fruit forward of a beer, while still have notes of malt and Belgian Wit yeast esters. Its flavorful peach notes carry on the nose of the ale as well as carrying through the mouth. Light, refreshing, and peachy this is a great beer for afternoon relaxing, enjoyed on its own or with friends 🍻 We didn’t enter Unwind Bellini in any competitions but we definitely think it’s a winner in our book!

Happy Juneteenth to our fellow Americans 🍻

Today we celebrate when the Declaration of Independence was finally honored: “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” On this day in 1865, all enslaved people in the United States of America were emancipated. Once freed, it took years to be declared citizens, and it’s a continued fight for racial equality and justice. We truly believe that all humans are equal and deserve to be treated equally, and we celebrate the strides made for all of our freedoms 🍻

The new addition to our Reserve & Barrel-Aged Sour Ales Selection launches this Saturday, June 20th 🍻 Jardin de Minuit is a complex and sophisticated beer, one that not pale or dark but falls somewhere in-between! It’s been aged for almost a year in Zinfandel oak barrels, sourced from great local family wineries out in Dry Creek 🍾

🥇 DARK LIONESS 🥇 1ST PLACE TRAPPIST ALES 🥇 Awarded from the statewide beer competition held by Cal Expo & CA State Fair 🍻

While, we are not a Trappist Brewery or Monastery, we’re incredibly flattered to win the category with our decadent Quadrupel! Dark Lioness boasts bold roasted notes pair with a touch of malt sweetness balanced by savory spices, all paired together into a single unforgettable flavor 🍻 We’re beyond thrilled to receive gold for our version of this popular Belgian Beer Style!

This beer style did originate in the Trappist designated abbeys of Western Europe where monks were the brewers. Technically to be a Trappist Ale, even today, the beer must be brewed by Trappist Monks. Meanwhile, other beers inspired by these styles are called Abbey Ales. Quadrupel Ales, sometimes called quads, are the darkest, highest in alcohol, and the youngest of the Abbey Ale styles.

This CA State Fair Gold Medal 🥇 joins the prior Bronze Medal 🥉 we received last year from the same competition 🍻 If you love dark and malty beers, you have got to try this one out! We swear you won’t regret it 😜 or maybe you will because it’ll ruin other dark beers for you!

Our family origins are Belgian as well as Californian. We take great pride representing both of these incredible lands and cultures with our beers! Every Friday from 4:00-7:00 pm we’ve got different local food trucks providing exceptionally delicious food at our Taproom alongside our line-up of great beers. We take great pride in doing everything in-house as a family brewery, with all our beers brewed, packaged, and served on site in Windsor! While the food trucks rotate, there’s always a bomb option that pairs just right with a cold beer 🍻 Every Tuesday, we’ll drop the name and handle of that week’s food vendor on IG & FB! 🥈 TRIPEL 🥈 2ND PLACE TRAPPIST ALES 🥈 Awarded from the statewide beer competition held by California State Fair 🍻

Well, we are not a Trappist Brewery or Monastery, we’re incredibly flattered to podium in that category with our traditional Golden Abbey Ale! This style did originate in the Trappist designated abbeys of Western Europe where monks brewed the beer. Technically to be a Trappist Ale, even today, the beer must be brewed by Trappist Monks. Meanwhile, other beers inspired by these styles are called Abbey Ales. Our Tripel is a delicious, full bodied pale beer, it’s kept pale by leaving the darkest roasted malts out of the brew. The malted barley blend we use gives this beer an rich caramel color and flavor with only a subtle sweetness. Truly an iconic style from Belgium, this beer is unlike any other! This CA State Fair Silver Medal🥈 joins the prior Bronze Medal 🥉 we received last year from this same competition, and the Silver Medal 🥈 we received from the 2025 Untappd Community Awards 🍻 Triple the medals for Tripel as of 2026 🥈🥈🥉

This year marks our third edition and its first time in the bottle! Brewed with the Yakima Chief Hops 2025 Pink Boots Blend; this light & bright IPA boasts the full spectrum of hop flavors while offering the crushability of a Belgian Wit.
