Farming is how we make our living and feed our families. It’s more than a job, it’s our lifestyle.
We’re still not sure what hit the farm yesterday, but we certainly had a lot of damage. Thankfully, no one was hurt and our buildings can be repaired or replaced.
Today there was an outpouring of love and support from our community. We can’t possibly begin to thank everyone. Your calls, text, messages, visits, and posts are appreciated more than we can say.
To everyone who came by and helped with the clean up, thank you seems inadequate.
We’d especially like to thank Curtis Parker from Farm Bureau, and Tom Buckner and Austin Hill at Lawrence Equipment, as well the numerous people who picked up, cleaned up and helped us get started on getting back on track.

Strawberries are coming in great. We have plenty on the stand by the road in three different size baskets. (4 quart basket shown)

We also are opening up U-pick and by this weekend we will have double the amount of strawberries as we did today.
