Melvin Martin began farming in 1956, with Loren joining him in 1980. After 51 years on this farm, the Martins are retiring to enjoy new pursuits and more time with their grandkids. The family has handled the majority of their own mechanical work over the years, and the equipment is well maintained, field ready, and is all in good working order. This is a two-generation retirement farm sale.

After 6 wonderful seasons, we are closing the chapter on Hometown Harvest Pumpkin Patch. 🎃🍂

What started as a dream turned into something so much bigger—a place where families could make memories, friends could gather, and our community could come together to celebrate the simple joys of fall.

We cannot thank you enough for the love, memories, and support you’ve shared with us over the years. From little ones picking their very first pumpkin, to families making us part of their yearly traditions—each of you made this patch so special. ❤️

Though this goodbye is bittersweet, we are forever grateful for the memories and the chance to serve our community in this way.

We are closed today October 24th due to high wind speeds. Safety is our main concern as some of our activities are falling over in the wind. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will be back open Friday October 25th, and will wrap up the season this weekend! Thanks for your understanding.

We are closed today. Due to large amounts of rain, the parking lot and patch are too muddy to get around. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We will be open again this Thursday from 12 pm - 6 pm. We look forward to seeing you this season!

Come get your pumpkins before the freeze!!

🥶Freezing temperatures expected this upcoming weekend🥶 That means there will be damage to our pumpkins. We will be open this Thursday and Friday!! If we are open on Saturday, that will be our last day open for the season. We will be closed on Sunday.

We are partnering up with the Windsor and Severance food pantry to help support our community! When you come visit the patch this season, we will have a box available if you’d like to donate any non perishable food items.
