We have leased a space in Windsor and have begun improvements for the brewery.

On Monday, June 1, 2026 the California Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) APPROVED our license to brew Sake . . . we are finishing construction of the brewery and will start our first batch of Sake tonight . . . steaming rice to make Koji . . . stay tuned for details on our launch event, later this summer . . . 👍😎
