Happy Cheesemakers Day! It’s a great day to reflect on what goes into truly great cheese: land stewardship, humane treatment of animals, responsible milk handling, scientific knowedge, careful attention to craft, consistency, and food safety, lots of 💪, and sometimes even 😭💔.

Show your love of the product and the craft by choosing cheese from small artisanal and farmstead cheesemakers. And ask for our cheese in your favorite store or from your favorite !

Is it cliche to quote American Beauty? YES. Do I care though? No. 😂😂😂

But here we are 🤷🏻‍♀️ because this quote came to mind with the arrival of spring in !! Suddenly everything is exploding with life and color 🪻🌷🌼🌿🌞🦆 after many months of cold, monochrome and darkness. Spring is my favorite season because it reminds us of impermanence and the cycles of life and death.
