Our wine guru has brought another fine Wine of the Month selection for your enjoyment: Prisma Wines!
Prisma is 100% hand-harvested, and is the collaborative product between Brazos and Grupo Belan. The goal was simple: Create a wine project that showcased the unique terroir of the Casablanca valley. The estate consists of multiple vineyards including some of the original plantings in Casablanca by Pablo Morande in 1982. The project is historical, the product is foundational, and the label is memorable. Come sample the creativity of Prisma today (06/06) from 4-6pm, and see for yourself! New Belgium is a Colorado staple, inspired by a couple’s bike trip through Belgium. They set forth to bring classic Belgian flavor to Fort Collins brewing.
