Fat Sheep Farm is a working farm that offers a unique lodging opportunity to visitors to the Upper Valley in Vermont and New Hampshire. We have five newly constructed cabins with amazing views and plenty of peace and quiet--yet very close to Woodstock, Quechee and Hanover NH. While staying here, meet our hens, goats, and sheep; check out our sheep dairy and cheese making; play lawn games; relax on your porch in a comfortable adirondack chair and soak in the view; and explore the local towns that offer an amazing variety of things to do. We are in a convenient location to explore Woodstock, Quechee, and Mt. We are 6 miles to the GMHA and down the road from the GMHA trails. For winter activities we are close to skiing destinations including Su***de Six, Killington, Okemo, and extensive local cross country skiing trails and the VAST trail system.

People can be so awful, stealing from a small family business!!! We, as well as other Vermont artisans, work their butts off producing artisan products for people to enjoy and someone decides that it would be a great idea to create a FAKE VENMO ACCOUNT by making a Personal Account using Fat Sheep Farm & Cabins- Who knew a little “-“ could cause so much trouble for us!!! And of course it’s a Saturday so we can’t call Venmo to report the crime!

Such a fun day hanging out with the cheese peeps at the Vermont Cheesemaker’s Festival put on by Vermont Cheese Council. We are so lucky to live in this amazing state!

Fat Sheep Farm will never be the same without this guy. Sadly we had to say goodbye to the Rocky dog this past weekend. He was a really bad dog with a really great heart ❤️. When he wasn’t getting himself in trouble chasing cars, swallowing balls and getting quilled by porcupines, he fiercely protected us and the farm, he was the best friend of Coco and many other dogs who visited us and he was a loving member of our family. We love you Rocky😞💕 A big shout out to River Road Veterinary Clinic for being such awesome, caring vets and coming to the farm on a Sunday, so we could say our last goodbye to Rocky on the farm. We’ll miss you buddy boy!
