Chef Shane McAnnelly of Dry Creek Kitchen collaborates with Chef Taylor Montgomery of Montgomery Sky Farm, 2026 James Beard Award winner for Best Chef: Southeast. The night opens with a screening of Chef Montgomery’s regenerative farming film, The Soil Remembers, followed by a multi-course menu built from the farm’s harvest and paired with Calluna wines.

We had a terrific Calluna winemaker dinner last night with STL Chef Gerard Craft in the private room off of Brasserie, a.k.a. Brass Bar. My favorite course was the Vol Au Vent Lamb Ragu with our 2020 Merlot Aux Raynauds. And Gerard came to the tables to portion out that dish.
