Atlantic salmon fillet burger with brown sugar cured shank ham. With herbed cream cheese, a tangy caper, shallot and I’ll aioli. Happily served on a focaccia rosemary bread. I added a sautéed maitake mushroom.

One of my favorite dishes to prepare and eat is seared Atlantic salmon with artichoke hearts. Extra virgin olive oil with cracked pepper, coriander and grated Parmesan for vegetable dipping, or dip the fish if you like. Served with roasted Thai eggplant!

Hey folks.

A bigThank you to the followers for Karoly’s Moon Galleon Inn!!
I have been busy with a move and preparing new menu items.
I now serve the Winfield area and surrounding area.
I will post a few photos of some recent dishes and some new flavors of gelato.
I’m happy to serve 2 to 50 people. Message me anytime with any questions you may have. Left to right: braised pork country short ribs in creamy red curry with vegetables and forbidden rice.
Affogato with butterscotch pumpkin gelato.
Deep dish pizza, and a pan-style pizza. Everything homemade.
