Surprise! If you haven’t figured it out yet, we decided to grow annual fall mums this year! 🍂🌼

We’re so excited for this new venture and can’t wait to share them with you this fall. We’ll have lots of fun colors, along with your classic reds, oranges, and yellows!

Stay tuned for more details, some of these mums will even be available through fundraisers for local groups. We can’t wait for you to see them!

Now does anyone want to guess how many we planted?! 🙈

We are learning A LOT over here about irrigation setup… and we haven’t even made it to the fertigation part yet 😅

Trying to remind myself that every mistake now means smoother seasons later.

Moving into year 3 of building this dream 🌱

More kids in tow, more responsibilities, and honestly… the weight feels a little heavier this year. There are long days, late nights, and a whole lot happening behind the scenes that nobody sees.

But I know the second the field starts to bloom, it will all be worth it.

Worth it for our family. Worth it for my kids to see the fruits of their labor — and mine. And worth it to share this place with all of you, our visitors, who make this dream possible in the first place.

We can’t wait to welcome you back to the farm soon 🌸

I have a few DIY Cut Flower Garden Kits ready to leave the farm this weekend!

Each kit includes:
🌱 22 ready-to-plant annual cut flower starts
🌻 3 packs of my favorite annual seeds we direct sow here on the farm
💐 Simple planting instructions to help you get started

Seedlings may include a beautiful mix of lisianthus (everyone’s favorite rose-like flower!), snapdragons, strawflower, stock, bupleurum, and more—perfect for creating fresh homegrown bouquets all summer long.

The seed packs include cosmos, zinnias, and sunflowers for even more blooms throughout the season!

I’m offering a very limited number of DIY Cut Flower Garden Kits this season!

Each kit includes 20–24 ready-to-plant seedling starts plus a pack of seeds to direct sow, including cosmos, zinnias, and sunflowers—everything you need to start growing your own beautiful cut flower garden.

You’ll also receive simple planting instructions to help you get your garden off to a great start.

Ready to plant seedlings may include a beautiful mix of Lisianthus (everyone’s favorite rose-like flower!), strawflower, snapdragons, bupleurum, feverfew, statice, and more—perfect for creating your own homegrown bouquets all summer long. 💐

Kits will be ready around the end of April / first of May.
Delivery is available to Norfolk and Plainview.

Open dawn to dusk during the growing season, guests can stop by whenever the moment feels right—whether it’s a sunrise walk through the flowers or gathering a golden-hour bouquet for the table.

Simple, beautiful, and always welcoming—just grab a cup from the cart, wander the fields, and pick what you love. 🌸🌿
