Gentz Cattle Company sells lean longhorn beef frozen in individual packages.We sell from our ranch or we also sell at the Beaumont Farmer's Market every Saturday except the first Saturday of the month and we go to the Mont Belvieu Farmer's Market.

Just a quick post concerning the Beaumont Farmers Market this Saturday. We will be there but we will have a limited supply of beef. We did not pick up meat this week so we are out of some cuts. We will have roasts, briskets, cutlets, short ribs, ribeyes, t-bones, round steaks, liver and a small amount of ground beef.
Sorry for the short supply, but look forward to seeing everyone. .

Good morning everyone. It's time to start getting everything ready for the Beaumont Farmers Market in the morning. James is picking up beef this morning so we can fill our freezers once again. We will be set up Saturday at the Athletic Complex on College street from 8 am until 11 am. It's gonna be a hot one but we hope to see you there.
