We picked our first round of collards this morning!!

They are going out in our fall CSA.

We will have the next round available Nov 20-21 for our Thanksgiving Market here at our Farm stand!

We are officially entering the real “green” season!

With turnip greens, mustard greens, and collard Greens!

Do you have a favorite “green” or a combination?

Around here we do!
I think it would have to be the collard green eggroll!

**We have plenty of Dutch Fork and Long Island pumpkins. These are heirloom great baking varieties and the pulp freezes really well!**.

They’re also quite beautiful!
