Not only is our new ram great at breeding but, 7 of the 8 lambs are ewes!! He is what we needed for our Australian White breed up program. And only 2 singles. We are starting of at a great pace! With several more to come anytime now.

Good Morning Winnsboro and East Texas! The rain has moved on and it’s a beautiful morning at the Winnsboro Farmers' Market! Open from 8 AM to Noon!

All the hardworking vendors are set up and ready for you, and 2 Mac’s Ranch is here in Pavilion 2 stocked with our grass finished and pasture raised meats, fresh sourdough breads, and our NEW deli-style pasta salads made with clean, quality ingredients so you can indulge without the guilt!

Jim is here with samples and happy to help you with ideas and tips for preparing our beef, lamb, pork, and chicken. We even have a beautiful whole pasture-raised chicken that would be perfect for a beer can BBQ chicken this weekend!

Beef and lamb are BACK in stock at 2 Mac’s Ranch! Come on out this weekend to the Winnsboro Farmers' Market in Winnsboro Saturday from 8 to noon!

Our freezers are freshly stocked with everything from ground beef & lamb, ancestral ground beef and lamb, and ground brisket to beautiful premium steaks and roasts, lamb stew meat and lamb shanks. We also have canoe cut marrow bones, Osso Buco, and several 3 lb bags of grass fed beef fat for making your own tallow!
