We are ready to haul our next load of hogs to the processor, and we have one whole hog share still available!

What is a whole hog share you might ask? You will get the entire hog processed according to a cut sheet that we can help you fill out and the product will be picked up and ready for your freezer.

Our basic cut sheet provides you:
Center pork chops (20-30 lbs)
Two whole tenderloins
St. Louis style ribs
Four-six Boston Butts
Smoked bacon (15-20 lbs)
Sausage (60 lbs, you get to pick two flavors)
Fat back and leaf fat
there are other misc. options (soup bones, organs, etc)

It’s a GREAT DEAL and you can split with your in-laws, parents, brother or sister. Go in together to save!

Your price is $6.00 a pound based on the hanging weight.

Our hogs usually hang in between 250-300 pounds.

Also, a $500 deposit is required to reserve your share.
