Gearing up for deer season getting the bags paper preparing everything but first we have to get through summer which is OK with me… kinda wish the black flies would take a spring off every now and then~ the bugs carried me back 3 feet today lol! but I finished my mulching everybody have a safe summer,sunscreen and hug your children just a little bit longer today prayers for Texas ❤️

🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌So, It’s been a year Time to update everyone~ Bouchers deer cutting, is still cutting deer and bear and we’ve had a busy summer going here and going there, the apartments that he was building out of his shop the side the garage where we do the deer are now three apartments Alan had new floors put down, new walls put up in the garage for the cutting room…state of the art for cleaning.  we look forward to Deer Season 2021 ~ we are located in Winslow Maine 04901
We charge by hanging weight, when we skin them ( if you want the hide please let us know) if you want your antler they will be in a Box with your name on them~ we cut to your instructions ~ we offer a mild sausage seasoning to be mixed with your Hamburger, a few packs, 1/4 , 1/2 , all of it ~ your choice ~it is all wrapped , or vacuum sealed, labeled and frozen usually ready the next day for pickup~ Happy Hunting 2021 and be safe…

Hope ya all had a blessed winter and stayed healthy! It is now mudd season so don’t put the broom away, and Easter is next Sunday ~WOW~ that came quick and Camping season is right around the corner ❤️... but first you need to clean the muddy grass so the Easter Bunny doesn’t step in anything he does Not want
To step in in the mudd hole in the yard and the kids can hunt for eggs. Have a good spring!

We also process road kill deer 🦌 all year! If you don’t want it and would like to donate the deer, we will be glad to do it just drop it off and we will do the rest~~

As most of you know Alan has retired but has not given up his Dear Cutting Business! Alan has been cutting deer for more than 30 years and he takes pride in his work... he debones everything and the process goes from deboning to cutting the steaks or roast to wrapping and labeling then flash frozen usually your deer is ready to be picked up the next day unless we are very busy it may take an extra day but we will let you know we are starting the cash only policy this year and hopefully it’s not an inconvenience for you.... now for the Hamburg most people like just plain hamburger or our sausage which is a mild seasoning there is a small charge for that a lot of people like pork or beef mixed in with your hamburger so that is something that you will need to bring with you when you drop your deer off if you forget it and say you’ll bring it back your deer may be done before you get back ... we recommend if you want to mix with your dear hamburger if it is a small deer we recommend at least 5 pounds of hamburger or pork to mix with it and if it is a large deer we usually go for 10 pounds to be mixed in with the hamburger again it is up to you more or less what you want just bring it with you as our store is now closed you have the option of keeping your hide or we are tossing it that is entirely up to you but you need to let us know when you drop your deer off ~we Cape we do the skull mount cut all the antlers are in a box with your name on them... we will only be excepting no more than 20 deer per day! Alot of people were upset last year but that’s all we can handle so we just say bring it in early at the day and be one of the first 20 and we also ask you to promptly pick your dear up when we tell you it will be ready you don’t need to call !! As it will be ready thank you very much...
