There are several reasons why I recommend that you choose grass-fed meat over conventional (grain-fed) meat. Grass-fed animals are treated better. Eating grass-fed means supporting smaller (often local, family-owned) farms. But did you also know that grass-fed beef (or lamb, bison, goat) is a superfood?

Grass-fed meat is far superior to grain-fed meat in many nutritional aspects. In fact, all of the health arguments against eating red meat do not apply to grass-fed meat.

Check out our new freezer at Brick City filled with delicious sausage ( medium to mild even tho it says Hot) and fabulous pork chops . If you haven't had pastured pork chops you are in for a treat. Please don't overcook .
