In a small town, where local businesses are woven into the fabric of our community, the loss of someone who made such a meaningful impact is felt by all of us.

We are grateful to have witnessed Carrie’s kindness, genuine warmth, and unwavering support of those around her. We have also been inspired by the dedication and passion she poured into her business each and every day.

We honor the incredible business and legacy she built, and we stand with the Railway family, her loved ones, and our entire community as we navigate this heartbreaking loss together.

While we’ll still happily send you down the road to some of our favorite local spots when you’re looking for a full deli sandwich, we know many of you have wanted a simple sandwich option right here at Rooted.

So… we’re excited to finally say YES! 🎉
