Way Bright

Unfiltered Pale Ale

5.3% ABV

Back and re-worked again with beautiful Simcoe hops from friends that get good Simcoe - Brewed primarily with Pilsner malt and a little Carahell. We used a straightforward step mash regimen and incorporated several additions of Simcoe hops throughout the boil. Fermented in a CCV with a WLP001 at 21°C and dry-hopped at 12°C with an equal amount of Simcoe and Chinook pellets at a rate of just two pounds per barrel. Conditioned on hops for six days and carbonated slowly with gentle head pressure absorption.

This will be a ticketed event. Ticket sales are available in the tasting room and in the online store.

There will be multiple gravity cask tappings of “Starker”, our Märzen, and our “Helles Spezial”.

Commemorative glassware included with your ticket.

Holiday hours and food schedule at the bottom of the post!

-Blue bucket day returns again this year, but with a twist! This year, will host an open brew day for anyone to join on Tuesday, July 14th. Ryan will be brewing Starker to get ready for our Oktoberfest this September. From 7am until the end of the brew day, come on by, watch the process and ask all of your burning questions you have about Munich malt! During the day, anyone who shows up will have their name entered into the blue bucket. At the end of the brewday we will draw two names to receive free tickets to our Oktoberfest!

“Time Stacking” (Double Barrel-Aged)

We proudly present a b**r nearly two and half years in the making… - Brewed in the Spring of 2024 primarily with Maris Otter and boiled for five hours. Fermented with WLP001 and cold conditioned in stainless for three months. After which, a portion was transferred to two freshly emptied bourbon barrels from the Willett Distillery to condition for fifteen months and then transferred to a single Apple Brandy barrel to condition for another 12 months.  
Tasting Notes - Crème brûlée, vanilla bean liquor, maple taffy

Available on draft and in 375ml bottles to go.
