“Way Bright”

Unfiltered Pale Ale

ABV 5.3%

For four years this has proven to be one of the most difficult beers to brew well-  Brewed with Rahr two row malt, malted wheat, and a little caramel malt. We used a straightforward step mash regimen and incorporated several additions of Simcoe and Chinook hops throughout the boil. Fermented in a CCV with a WLP077 at 21°C and dry-hopped at 9°C with more Simcoe and Chinook pellets. Carbonated slowly over several days with gentle head pressure absorption.

Tasting Notes - Citric hard candy, strawberry yogurt, grapefruit-like bitterness

Now available on draft and in bottles to-go!

“New Zealand….Sometimes”

Unfiltered IPA

ABV 7%

Sometimes we make IPA…and sometimes we don’t - Brewed with Rahr Pale Ale malt and rolled oats, utilizing a multi-stage rest in the mash. Boiled and whirlpooled with a small amount of Riwaka and Peacharine in the kettle. Fermented in a CCV with harvested WLP005 at 22°C. Spunded towards the end of fermentation, crashed to 8°C once fermentation was complete and dry-hopped with a sensible and responsible amount (3lbs per barrel) of Riwaka and Peacharine (Who are these irresponsible dry-hopping cretins??) After a day at 8°C, dropped temp to 1°C and conditioned and slowly absorbed head pressure to carbonate over the course of 10 days.

Enjoyment Notes - Exotic bubblegum, fully ripened tropical fruit, soft texture
