July is quickly approaching, and I've been thinking about what Biscake flavors we should explore next month! 🤔🔥

These are a few flavors on my mind, but y'all know I'm always willing to try something new! 👀

🚨 Long Post Alert 🚨

A lot of y'all keep asking, "What in the world is a Biscake?" 😂

Well, if a biscuit and a cake got together and decided to show out, you'd get a BISCAKE! 😍

And yes... before y'all ask... I created the word Biscake! 💁🏾‍♀️

The funny thing is, I wasn't sitting around trying to invent a new dessert. I've always loved cooking, but I remember asking God to guide me toward something that was truly my own. Next thing I know, the idea for a Biscake was on my heart, and the rest is history. ❤️

Every Biscake starts with my homemade, made-from-scratch biscuit base made with real ingredients. Most of my toppings, fillings, sauces, and drizzles are made from scratch too (my Banana Pudding lovers know that one gets a little help from some classic favorites 😉).

It's got the buttery goodness and crumb of a biscuit mixed with the soft, sweet, moist goodness of a cake. Basically, it's the best of both worlds and a whole lot of flavor packed into one bite!

Think of it as a biscuit that refused to stay in its lane! 🤣

When I first started, I only had 3 flavors:
🫐 Blueberry
🍓 Strawberry
🍑 Fresh Peach

Now look at us! We've got Banana Pudding, Butter Pecan, Berry Blast, Tres Leches, Orange Cream, Key Lime, and more. At this point, if a dessert exists, I'm probably wondering if it can become a Biscake. 😂

And listen... don't be shy with the flavor suggestions! 👀

Some of my best ideas have come from customers. So if you've ever thought, "I bet a ______ Biscake would be good," drop it in the comments. I just might make it happen!

When I first started making my Dessert Biscuits (aka Biscakes), I only had 3 flavors:

🫐 Blueberry
🍓 Strawberry
🍑 Fresh Peach

Over the years I've created a LOT more flavors, and thankfully most of them have been customer favorites! ❤️

But not every flavor was a winner. 😅

My least favorite flavor that I would NEVER make again? Oreo. Honestly Im just not a Oreo fan 😅

And the least purchased flavors?
🍫 Dubai Chocolate and Chocolate Biscake. BTW I personally enjoyed both. 😉

What's a flavor you think I should create next? And have you ever tried a flavor that sounded amazing but just didn't hit the way you expected?

This beautiful lady tried the Banana Pudding, Orange Cream, and Tres Leches Biscakes... and the Tres Leches came out on top! 🙌🏾🏆

The wild part? I've never had Tres Leches a day in my life! 😅 My daughter was able to described the flavor profile and told me what taste I needed to achieve. From there, I got in the kitchen and made it happen!

Looks like we understood the assignment because the Tres Leches Biscake is becoming a favorite. ❤️
