Today I brewed our Seeing Double “The Good Life” using an immersion method—and man, it hit just right. Immersion brewing lets the coffee steep fully in water before filtering, which brings out a fuller body, smooth texture, and deeper sweetness. Perfect for highlighting those chocolate and subtle berry notes in this roast.

Compared to pour-over, it’s less bright but way more rounded and cozy—like a warm blanket in a mug.
