Sunday Night Tip: Not sure if your eggs are fresh? Just place them in about four inches of water. The eggs that stay on the bottom are fresh and the eggs that float are past their fresh stage.

Here's a little tip for you to use after cooking with garlic. Before washing your hands, rub your hands vigorously on your stainless steel sink for 30 seconds. Then wash and the garlic odor is gone.
