Blue Ridge Vineyards began as a hobby farm, planted with venifera, that quickly became a passion for owners Randy and Adelia Gram. A trip to Bordeaux, France sparked the couple's interest in this style of winemaking. �After graduating from Wake Forest University's Babcock Graduate School of Management, Randy furthered his education by attending viticulture classes to learn about properly tending a

vineyard of their own. Gram dedicates each day to striving to produce the best fruit that can be bottled, for he knows that the best wines begin in the vineyard with properly tended grapes.
