ANNOUNCEMENT:

Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to postpone tomorrow's Whole Hog BBQ.

A project with our other business took longer than expected this week, and we simply do not have enough time to properly prepare a whole hog to the standard that we expect and that our customers deserve.

Rather than rush the process, we've decided to move the event to Saturday, July 4th. We believe this is the best decision to ensure we can provide the quality food and experience everyone is looking forward to.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support of our family businesses. We look forward to celebrating Independence Day with great BBQ, friends, family, and community on the farm.

I’d say we are back up to herd status right now 😂
I’ve got some beautiful market pigs ready for processing, this will be absolutely gorgeous meat!!
Of course anyone buying a pork share big or small is welcome by the farm to check it out, see the animals and conditions. THERES NO SECRETS up here! Just high quality naturally raised pork!
