Good morning honey lovers! This is Nikki from the Plant Street Market store and I MUST share a story.

Two weeks ago I took a fall and got a nasty gash on my arm. It really needed to be stitched, but I am stubborn. I've been keeping it covered and using topical antibiotic ointment daily, but as of Friday the wound was still not closed. Then I remembered what Jean the Beekeeper had shared about using Buckwheat honey on wounds. So last night, I applied the honey, bandaged the gash, and went to bed.

When I removed the bandage this morning, the wound had finally closed. It was nothing short of miraculous. Had I started using the honey right away, it probably would've healed in a week.

Lesson learned. This cute little jar of Buckwheat honey is now a vital part of my medicine cabinet!
