After more than 40 years of hard work and dedication, my mom officially retired, and I couldn’t imagine celebrating this milestone without creating something especially for her.

Inspired by her love of cherry blossoms, I designed this cake to be timeless, and elegant — a little reflection of the beautiful new chapter she’s beginning.
