We bake delicious desserts for your special occasions and family dinners. We also bake desserts to sell wholesale to restaurants. But, they are the best tasting.

These desserts are not overly decorated. They may seem rather ordinary as a matter of fact. I have recently been developing gluten-free versions of several of my products and have, after several failures, successfully produced gluten-free versions of Red Velvet, Carrot, Chocolate and 2Mousse and A Brownie. And, after looking through the rest of the list, realized that the two chocolate flourless c

akes are naturally GF. Please understand that if you pick up your dessert, there will be no additional charge. But,if it is to be delivered, there will be a delivery charge.

Well, here's something new! It's a Butterfinger cheesecake. A batter filled with crushed Butterfingers and topped with more crushed Butterfingers and drizzled with caramel melted with peanut butter!! RusTeak in Ocoee is getting it tomorrow.

This is Key Lime Cheesecake and Chocolate-Peanut Butter Mousse Pie as presented by Dexter's Thornton Park. Of course, a bite from each has been sampled by my daughter and her friend. Needless to say, they thoroughly enjoyed their dessert!

This is tonight's family dinner dessert. Summer Berry Pudding. It's simply berries-strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries-cooked with a little sugar and then layered with sourdough bread. It's simple, delicious and seems extravagant. A little whipped cream or, maybe a scoop of ice cream to finish.

Aaaaaahhh! Last night's dessert! This is a chocolate crepe with a ricotta-mascarpone-chocolate-raspberry filling. Topped with a raspberry sauce. Scrumptious!!

Key Lime Cheesecake. Traditional graham cracker crust, key lime flavored batter with chunks of key lime curd throughout and a key lime glaze spread on top. It's on the menu at RusTeak in Ocoee! Check it out for a sweet-tart sensation!

Looks kinda basic, doesn't it? It's an Olive Oil Cake where the traditional fats are replaced by extra virgin olive oil. It also has crushed almonds, the zest and juice of a lemon, and a little Triple Sec. I like to serve it with mascarpone cream flavored with Grand Marnier! It's on the menu at Maxine's.

Strawberry Cheesecake. Shortbread cookie crust--crisp and sweet! It's studded with berries and,as you can see, coated with my strawberry glaze. I love it!!

Homemade Mallomars!! Whaattt?! That's right-homemade graham crackers, homemade marshmallow and then covered with Ghiarardelli 60%. MMmmmmmmmm Good!
When grandson Van asked his dad what cookie was his favorite and Matt answered Mallomars, Van said maybe Grandpa could make some. Well, I guess...

This is Girl Scout Cookie cheesecake.
An entire box of Caramel Delites cookies is used for the "crust".
Then a mixture of caramel and coconut is swirled through the batter! Topped with ganache and toasted coconut.
It was a national prize winner!
